More about Yamaha C3 Studio!
The Yamaha C3 Studio is one of the best-selling grand pianos in history, used in conservatories, recording studios, and prestigious recital halls worldwide. At 186 cm in length, it offers the perfect balance between size and sound quality.
The solid spruce soundboard is manufactured in the Kakegawa factory using carefully seasoned wood for the destination climate. The duplex scale (Tone Collector) creates a resonance system for the unstruck strings that enriches harmonics and prolongs sustain. The double escapement of the grand mechanism ensures superior rapid repetition capability, essential for demanding technical passages.
The vacuum-cast V-Pro frame is manufactured by Yamaha in Iwata, guaranteeing superior strength and structural stability. The C3 is also available as a SILENT Piano™ and as a TransAcoustic™ Piano, expanding its possibilities for use. It is produced entirely in Kakegawa, Japan.
